Institutional Effectiveness

Institutional Effectiveness is a measure of the degree to which 365ASIA亚洲版 is effective in achieving its stated vision and mission. It is an ongoing process of planning, 评估, 学习, and improving that is applied to all of 365ASIA亚洲版's courses, 项目, departments, and support services. Institutional effectiveness underscores 365ASIA亚洲版's effort to provide a larger framework for improvement and performance. Transparency, open communication, goal setting, measurement, and improvement create feedback loops that avoid duplication, resulting in a wiser use of resources, and bring 365ASIA亚洲版 closer to its mission and goals.

的 HLC's Criteria for Accreditation are the principal drivers of 365ASIA亚洲版's Institutional Effectiveness. 的 Higher Learning Commission's pathways for accreditation employ quality improvement models for institutions to maintain their regional accreditation. By sharing performance results and improvements, 365ASIA亚洲版 provides the Higher Learning Commission the evidence it needs to make a public quality assurance judgment while supporting and assisting 365ASIA亚洲版 in its efforts to excel.

All students graduating with an Associates Degree (AA, AS, AAS) will demonstrate that they have completed the following 4 institutional outcomes.
  1. Students will demonstrate effective communication skills.
  2. Students will use reasoning skills to analyze and solve problems.
  3. Students will demonstrate knowledge of diverse cultures and value systems.
  4. Students will apply health-related knowledge to promote physical and mental well-being.

365ASIA亚洲版 documents institutional effectiveness to a broad group of stakeholders with results obtained through assessment data. 365ASIA亚洲版 uses assessment data to understand student areas needing improvement. Baseline and trend data can then be used to identify issues, causes of issues, and inform to establish benchmarks and measure progress toward benchmarks.
